Food Empire Holdings Limited, Singapore ( www.foodempire.com ) is a partner of Empire Teas Sri Lanka. Food Empire has 20 offices worldwide and sales in over 50 countries. It can boast of being an organization that has very few parallels in terms of market knowledge, consumer knowledge, and widespread reach. Added to this is Empire Tea’s expertise knowledge of Ceylon tea, which adds value to the business.
We do undertake to pack for Private Label Brands where we provide services to our partners from the design stage to the final product. Currently, we supply many private label brands across the world in a wide range of products.
Another avenue of our business is Tea in Bulk. Currently, we supply teas in bulk for some of the major brands around the world.
At the same time, we provide Specialty Teas and flavored blends with natural fruits and flowers.

We export to over 70 countries at present, with Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Guinea, being a few of the key markets. Our clients requirements vary from Bulk teas to final products such as Tea bag cartons, and loose leaf tea cartons.

In 2000, with a small team of just 8 passionate individuals, Empire Teas was born. Our dream was to create something exceptional in the world of tea, and from these humble beginnings, we embarked on a journey of growth and transformation.
Today, we stand tall, ranked as the 2nd largest Ceylon Tea Exporter, with two state-of-the-art warehouses and cutting-edge machinery, producing premium teas under our own brands, Hyson, Thurson, and Tea Avenue. Our luxury cafe, Tea Avenue, boasts 7 locations across the island. Our idea is to franchise in Sri Lanka and abroad. With Empire Kenya in Mombasa and our brand Akina, we offer premium African teas, providing an authentic experience. Asvida, our Ceylon Spices brand, is set to be reintroduced as Ceylon Harvest.
